Sivananda Yoga Foundation Course

Introduction courses are the most thorough introduction for a beginner to the Sivananda tradition, or for anyone looking to renew their practice of Hatha yoga. This 4-week, 10-class course provides a complete introduction to Yoga, including:

  • Yoga postures (asanas)
  • Breathing exercises (pranayama)
  • Relaxation exercises
  • Proper diet
  • Positive thinking & meditation

Courses are taught in small groups of 4-8 people and generally meet twice – three times a week, and run every month. The schedule is agreed among the group ahead of time. Please contact us to register.
